Ambassador
HE Kerin Ayyalaraju
Her Excellency Kerin Ayyalaraju is a career officer with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and was most recently Australia’s first Pop Up Ambassador to Estonia. She has served as Deputy Ambassador in the United Arab Emirates, APEC Liaison in Vietnam and Second Secretary in Lebanon. Appointed to DFAT's inaugural Crisis Response Team, HE Ayyalaraju was deployed to assist crisis responses to Tacloban following Typhoon Haiyan and to Ukraine following the downing of MH17. HE Ayyalaraju has undertaken short term assignments in Bali, Shanghai, Ankara, New Delhi and Lisbon. In Canberra, HE Ayyalaraju has worked in media, consular policy and private sector engagement. HE Ayyalaraju holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Australian National University.

All visitors to the Embassy must make an appointment for consular services, passport interviews and some notarial services. Please note the Embassy will be closed on the below listed public holidays.
